On 18th March, Babett Peter and Ella Masar went live on Instagram with the first of their home-workouts, designed to keep both beginners and pros fit and healthy during this difficult period.
The 45-minute workout was so popular, that we managed to convince them to design a second session, focused on strength rather than cardio.
